One Dead, Two Injured after Explosion at Ammunition Factory in Greece

One man was found dead and two injured after an explosion at PYRKAL national defense factory in Eleysina, Attica on Saturday afternoon.

According to initial reports, the circumstances of the explosion are unclear. Also, there is an assumption that the three victims had entered the factory unauthorized to remove scrap metal.

The event is being investigated by police as PYRKAL is the main producer of ammunition and explosives in Greece.
